Success Stories

Minorities constitute 12% of the population in Andhra Pradesh. Minority women & men are endowed with fine talent and flair for self-employment but unfortunately, they face hardships due to many restrictions, traditional perceptions, and social taboos. Illiteracy is another cause which inhibits them again socializing. The government has relentlessly been endeavoring to guide and stimulation these men & women towards self-enterprise. Bodies like NMDFC & State levels have formulated a number of enthusiastic schemes for the promotion of entrepreneurship. APSMFC is working for welfare of minority men & women, by creating awareness about various schemes for men & women entrepreneurs various places in the state as well as conducting seminars for the minority men & women intuitional networking for giving thrust to enterprise promotion which will immensely benefit minority men & women at large. Here we are giving few success stories of the minority men & women entrepreneurs. 
Case 01 Smt Antony Rani
Case one Smt Antony Rani
A 30 year old woman of Petluru village in Peddapadu Mandal of West Godavari district who was divorced by her husband was a completely disillusioned life. She was totally depending on her parents and brother, who are unable to support her. She came to know about Tatkal scheme of APSMFC. She could able to start a small business of selling clothes from her house with the loan of Rs 10,000/- given by APSMFC under Tatkal Scheme. Now she is earning Rs 1500/- month from this business and able to sustain herself and her family on her own.

Who has studied up to tenth standard lost her father at very young age. Her family consists of her mother and sister struggled to make both ends meet with the small income from the private job by her sister. Marthamma underwent  printing training. She approached APSMFC officials at Cuddapah for assistance in the form of the loan under the margin money scheme. She received Rs. 50,000/- from Syndicate bank and Rs.11,300/- from APSMFC. Her family is now leading a comfortable life.

Has provided Direct Loan of Rs 10,000/- to Sri Syed Althaf Hussain for establishing of Bags Business and at present his earning Rs 1800/- per month and maintain his family with the profit that he is getting from the shop.

Applied loan to APSMFC under Direct Loan scheme for doing Tea stall business. Even though she is the lady she is doing hotel business with the amount of 10,000/- provided by APSMFC and she is maintaining the family with the profit that she is getting from the hotel business.
